All information supplied to Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners , Inc. is kept confidential. Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. does not sell any customer information supplied to us, including your e-mail account. We will only use your e-mail account as a correspondence tool. Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. respects the privacy of its customers.

GENERAL RELEASE

We assume no responsibility for articles left over 30 days. We always take the utmost care in the cleaning of your garments and household goods. All articles will be processed in accordance with the instructions supplied by the manufacturer on the cleaning label. We cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or damage to weak fabrics, nor for any damage on garments caused by natural wear and tear. Any differences in count must be reported and receipt presented within 48 hours. Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc.'s liability will not exceed 10 times the charge of cleaning the garment. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. unconditionally guarantees the quality of our dry cleaning. If you are not satisfied completely of our dry cleaning services, please contact us within two days of delivery. We will dry clean the items again at no charge.

You will never pay for an article that is not "perfect". If for some reason a garment is delivered to a customer in a less than satisfactory manner, the procedure is as follows:

     1. Notify the Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc.'s Customer Service Staff within 48 hours of the cleaning of the garment.
     2. Give Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. a chance to remedy the situation
     3. If you are still not satisfied, you will not be charged for the article.

DRY CLEANING AUTHORIZATION/LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

The majority of garments and household articles clean very satisfactory. Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. may ask you to sign a release form before processing certain items. The main purpose of the release form is to alert you to the possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and probably returned to you in usable condition. If damage does develop, however, Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. will not be held responsible since it warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed.

In the event that during the initial inspection a garment is found to have the following, we will notify you that a release form will be needed to proceed with the cleaning of the garment.

     1. Damage prior to cleaning.
     2. Color that may bleed.
     3. Decorations, trim, and buttons that may be adversely affected by the cleaning process.

Upon receiving your signed release form, we will then proceed with cleaning the garment using the techniques best suited for the garment. If authorization cleaning cannot be obtained in a timely manner, then Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. will deliver the item in question back to the customer. You may choose to resubmit them with a release form expressing your acknowledgement that Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. will clean them at customers own risk.

PRICING AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Base prices for men's and women's clothing are the same for comparable garments. An additional charge may apply to the following: linen, spandex, pleats, linings, and other fancy fabric or detail. If a garment is larger or smaller than its typical or average size, an additional charge may also apply for the time to properly press the garment.

DELIVERY PAYMENT PROCEDURES

We offer monthly billing and/or credit card on file for weekly payments of all delivery dry cleaning and laundry services.

STAINS

The staff at Alexander Reed Dry Cleaners, Inc. will inspect and note any stains prior to cleaning. Though the inspection process is very thorough, some stains are hard to detect or invisible prior to cleaning. Therefore, at the time of placing your order, please notify us of any stained garments you are aware of.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to provide service.
